Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi make Ligue 1 history with crazy goals in just 8 seconds at PSG
Paris Saint-Germain stunned Lille on Sunday by scoring the fastest goal in French league history. Kylian Mbappe opened the scoring just eight seconds after kick-off, befuddling Lille’s defenders for an open shot on the way to the kick-off. After kick-off, the French striker went straight to the goal and received a perfect pass from Lionel Messi. Before the defenders could react, Mbappe was already behind them, putting his shot away before they realized what was going on.
It took less than 10 seconds for Mbappe to give PSG an early 1-0 lead and he is now the record holder for the fastest goal scorer in Ligue 1 history thanks to his witty running. West found him well.
