Bayern Munich chairman Herbert Heiner’s future to be decided at AGM
Bayern Munich president Herbert Heiner’s future at the club remains uncertain. With sporting director Hasan Brazo Salihamidzic’s contract extension almost complete, the focus is on Heiner’s future at the club.
According to a report, Heiner is likely to run for the presidency again, although he has yet to make a decision about it.
While Heiner is primarily concerned with the financial side of the sport, he has done arguably well here, keeping the club’s pristine finances even during the pandemic. He may not score for popularity, but there’s no denying that he knows what he’s doing and is easily the most deserving candidate, bar Ehrenpräsident Uli Hoeneß.
