Reggie Bullock was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 16, 1991, to his parents, Reggie Bullock Sr. and Danielle Long. Although he was born in Baltimore, he grew up in Kinston, North Carolina. 

Tragically, he lost his father at a young age. Still, he attributes his positive trajectory to the guidance of his maternal grandmother, Patricia Williams, who shielded him from the challenges of his drug-ridden neighborhood.

Reggie’s upbringing was significantly influenced by his two sisters, Mia Henderson and Keiosha Moore. 

Tragically, his transgender sister Mia was brutally murdered in Baltimore on July 16, 2014. A similarly tragic fate befell his other sister Keiosha, who was also murdered in the same city on October 29, 2019.

Reggie Bullock High School and College Career

Bullock’s journey in basketball started at Kinston High School, where he played for the Kinston High Vikings. 

His exceptional skills led him to prominence, culminating in his selection to the McDonald’s All-American game in 2010, where he played alongside future NBA stars like Kyrie Irving and Tobias Harris. 

After high school, he committed to the University of North Carolina, contributing to the Tar Heels’ success.
