College Career

 

In Argyle, Texas, Kornet attended Liberty Christian School. The Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools includes it (TAPPS).

 

Over his four years, Kornet played 128 games for the university team Vanderbilt Commodores, averaging 8.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.64 blocks in 24.1 minutes.

He made 35 starts during his senior year and averaged 13.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks, earning him All-SEC and All-SEC Defensive recognition.

New York Knicks 

 

Kornet became a member of the New York Knicks for the 2017 NBA Summer League after getting drafted in the 2017 NBA draft.
